AVA TECH GmbH develops and delivers professional LED lighting solutions for retail. Our luminaires are used in more than 7,000 stores across the DACH region and CEE. Our customers include retail chains, shopfitters and retail architects.

To support the growth of our DACH market, we are looking for a Sales Manager New Business who can systematically win new customers, build a strong pipeline and deliver measurable results.

• Base salary of €45,000–55,000 gross per year, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission with an accelerator for overachievement
• OTE in the first year from approx. €80,000 upon target achievement

Responsibilities

• Independently building a qualified sales pipeline in the DACH market
• Active new customer acquisition among retail chains, shopfitters and retail architects
• Conducting discovery calls with decision-makers in expansion, construction, purchasing and senior management
• Researching, qualifying and approaching new opportunities in a structured way
• Maintaining the CRM system daily and transparently documenting all activities
• Participating in trade fairs, customer meetings and face-to-face appointments
• Working closely with management, marketing and the project team

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B new business sales
• Proven sales success, e.g. target achievement, quotas or revenue growth
• Experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in lighting, shopfitting or retail projects
• Confidence in active acquisition and communication with decision-makers
• Strong CRM discipline and a structured way of working
• German at C2 level, English at least B2
• Self-motivation, goal orientation and enjoyment of measurable sales results
• Willingness to travel approx. 30–40%
