Responsibilities
- Support of the project manager and the site manager in project management
- Monitoring, management and tracking of time schedules in the project work
- Support of the project team in the preparation and administration of documents
- Tendering/ offering/ order processing
- Processing of measurements and invoicing with checking of invoice return flows
- Preparation and implementation in corporate accounting
- Tracking and monitoring of cost developments
- Monitoring of budget planning and control as well as monthly key figure evaluation
- Processing of supplements and small offers
- Close cooperation and coordination with all internal specialists in the project team
Qualifications
- Completed training as an office clerk or a similar commercial apprenticeship
- Preferably experience in the construction industry or crafts
- Empathy and understanding of the concerns of employees and customers
- Responsible and careful approach
- High level of organizational skills and commitment
- Competent, confident and friendly appearance
- Positive attitude to changing challenges
- Willingness for further education and professional development
- Confident handling of common MS Office programs
- Good command of spoken and written German
